About Us

At Horizine Inc we we want to become one of the top ten largest land owners and commercial property landlords all over the United States.

We have an ambitious goal to own over 10-million square feet of commercial real estate and land within the next 10 years. We know this is a lofty goal but impossible is nothing.

We believe in organic growth and see us an integrated real estate firm. We will go into property management and have a robust employee base to take care of the various needs we will be actively expanding to as we continue to explore that space .

We are building a robust in-house, acquisitions, leasing and finance team.

The teams will continue to build and foster strong relationships with our brokerage and owner communities, agents, title companies and title attorneys based across the different states we do business in.

We are working towards building a portfolio of land, multi-family, mixed-use, medical office, storage centers, data centres senior homes, retail centers, throughout the United States within the next 10 years.

We have what we call the 10 year strategy Plan.
